Pursuant to Articles 86 and 86k of the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 25/02, 93/05, 15/08, 48/07, 63/23, 9/24 and 50/24), (hereinafter: the Law on the HJPC of BiH) judges, prosecutors and members of the Council are required to submit initial and annual reports on assets and interests, as provided for in the relevant provisions of the Law on the HJPC of BiH and the Rulebook of the HJPC regarding reporting on assets and interests ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 20/24 and 57/24).

Regarding the report on assets and interests for the year 2023, the Council adopted the conclusion that this report will be submitted on the earlier form. Attached is:

1. The financial report form for 2023 and
2. Instructions for completing the financial report form.

The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the Council session held on 9^th and 10^th July 2025, considered a number of issues of importance for the procedure of filling in and submitting reports on assets and interests of judges, prosecutors and members of the Council for the year 2024, and, among other things, took the position that all judges, prosecutors and members of the Council should fill in reports on assets and interests without accessing the electronic database. The report is filled out by saving the report form on the computer, filling it out on the computer, printing it out, signing it by hand and delivering it by post or in person to the address of the HJPC of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kraljice Jelene 88, 71000 Sarajevo), with the indication "For the Department for the implementation of the procedure according to the reports - DO NOT OPEN!").
